I work with people holding limiting beliefs and damaging habits by using Solution Focused Therapy.
Solution Focused Therapy is a new combination therapy which combines the most effective components of four leading therapies - Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Psychotherapy. For my clients, this combination approach is further strengthened with added stress management and bespoke intensive coaching.
I can work with you anywhere in the world via the internet.
