What is RTT Therapy?

RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. Rapid because it goes to the root cause of your issue, transformational because you are transformed, you are still you, but without the things that have held you back that you don’t want or need. RTT is the change you deserve

RTT is a new pioneering therapy, based on neuroscience, which uses hypnotherapy in combination with principles of psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. So effectively you’re getting the best of four therapy approaches combined in one session. That’s the reason it’s become so popular so fast!

What makes RTT special?

What sets this technique apart from hypnotherapy on its own, are the tools which are part of the therapy. By using the tools in conjunction with the hypnotic state, RTT can enable extraordinary permanent changes within you to improve your life. Your subconscious mind is engaged and much more receptive under hypnosis. Things happen under hypnosis that don’t happen while you are in your normal conscious state.

How does RTT work?

The therapy works by bringing you into a safe and secure state of hypnosis, then I will talk with you (yes, we will be talking all the way through) using a wide variety of specialist tools and techniques that allow me to better help you with the root cause of your problem or issue. Together, we will be addressing your subconscious mind under hypnosis.
You are in a state of relaxation throughout the hypnotherapy, and when you are relaxed your mind is more willing to accept new ideas and beliefs. If you are stressed or anxious, then you are in a state of survival, not a state of change or creativity, and that is why I’ll need to relax you through hypnotherapy.

What can RTT be used for?

A wide variety of conditions. It can deliver extraordinary permanent changes from physical, emotional and psychological pain. It allows you to re-frame your core beliefs and values, and to access emotions which hide deep in your subconscious mind. It is very successful in treating addictions, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, panic attacks, guilt; it’s also an amazing tool for aiding relaxation, resolving eating issues, helping you with weight management, fantastic for getting a handle on depression, it’s also an amazing way to increase your confidence, self-esteem and motivation to enable you to live the life you deserve.

How will I feel after an RTT session?

Better! After an RTT session, you are more likely to achieve your goals because procrastination is dealt with. Nervous people are empowered to be able to have confidence to achieve at work and embrace public speaking, passing your exams, and your memory will definitely improve because the added stress has been removed. Sexual issues, mobility, skin conditions- indeed chronic conditions, because between 80 and 90 per cent of chronic conditions have an emotional root.
So as you can see, RTT is a pioneering therapy way out on its own, which takes an integrated approach to overcoming problems using the most up-to-date research, in a way which minimises your time input but maximises your possibilities for achievement.

What should I do first?

You can start by having a Free initial consultation with me, where you’ll be assessing what it is that you want to deal with or be freed from, bearing in mind that the presenting problem is not always the root cause of the issue. For example, if someone comes for a session of alcohol cessation, then alcohol is the presenting problem, but the root cause of the alcohol problem stems from something else. Gambling or drug taking are also very serious problems, but they are also manifestations of a root cause in your subconscious mind- what compels you to do that is what I am interested in. Whatever compels you to do it, I help you to find the root causes so that you can set yourself free.

How many sessions will I need?

You will see changes after one session. But one to three is usually recommended. Please remember that you are not only paying for the session(s). You also get a personal audio recording specific to your session which is bespoke-made for you and sent to you. You need to commit to listening to the recording once a day for 21 days, because it takes that long to change patterns of behaviour and ways of thinking. By committing to investing a little time to listening to the recording daily, you are positively reinforcing the new behaviour. The completion of the 21-day listening period must be carried out fully in order to receive the maximum benefit from your therapy.

How much will it cost?

This therapy is one of the most beneficial, and prices vary depending on the severity of your condition and the length of time it requires. Please feel free to talk with me about pricing at our initial free consultation.

Where do you practice?

We can work together in-person or online, whatever suits you best. I use a light and calm room in my home in Harrow, North West London. I also offer Zoom or Skype sessions via the internet. I can travel to clients around London within reason, and for a pre-agreed fee. If you are based outside the UK we can easily connect via the internet. In fact, I do a large proportion of my RTT therapy work online.

How does online RTT work?

The way It works online is that we set up a pre-meeting and then schedule so that we can see each other via the screen. I ask you to sit where I can see you at all times, and we can do the sessions that way, and they are just as effective as the face to face sessions. You will, however, need to have a quiet space where you will be uninterrupted for the duration of the session.

How can RTT help me at work or in my business?

RTT can positively help you in business by removing your limiting beliefs, empowering you to achieve your goals, supercharging your motivation, eradicating procrastination, giving you confidence to become a better businessperson, to promote yourself better, and so many other potential benefits. If your job includes public speaking, RTT can transform your life.

Can I talk to you initially?

I’d recommend it! Apply for a Free, no obligation, initial consultation by phone, email, or video. I always offer a Free initial consultation, with no obligation, and then we take it from there, according to how you feel....

I fear that I am going to be changed.

Well, you are going to be changed, but for the better - you are still going to be you, but without the panic attacks, you are still you but without the procrastination, you with more motivation to do whatever you have set your mind on doing.
After an RTT therapy session you are more likely to enjoy success with your goals as your subconscious mind is primed now to motivate you. So, yes, it’s a significant change – but a change for the better. The changes can be phenomenal.
That's why it’s called Rapid Transformational Therapy. Rapid because it goes to the root cause of your issue, transformational because you are transformed, you are still you, but without the things that have held you back that you don’t want or need. RTT is the change you deserve

I feel uncomfortable spending money on myself.

Are you happy to buy clothes or shoes or handbags, but uncomfortable to part with a similar amount of money for your personal improvement? The question I am asking is do you think you deserve a better you? Do you think you deserve to be free of your addictions, your limiting beliefs? Do you think you deserve to be more confident, more motivated, more dynamic? Do you deserve to be free from anxiety, or does your anxiety serve you? The decision is yours. But if you truly think that you deserve a better version of you, invest in an RTT session, and see what it can do for you!

I don’t like feeling out of control.

I hear that quite often! Can I reassure you that you are very much in control, and in fact you have to be to make the session work, because only you know your emotions and your issues. You have to be in control because we will be having a dialogue. I’m facilitating you coming to terms with your emotions, so I need you to be fully engaged, to actively participate, so you are in control. If you become too relaxed and not responding I will just need to gently tap your forehead so that you re-engage with me, because under the hypnotic state you are so relaxed that you just want to stay there. It is a delightful feeling.

I don’t like being touched.

There is no touching in the structure of the session, except a single, gentle tap on the forehead with one finger. I fully respect that you may not wish to be touched at all. As an alternative, I can make a sound to bring you back into the conversation. Please let me know before we start as I want your experience to be as pleasant and positive as possible.

I’ve seen stage hypnotists make people do silly things.

Stage hypnotism and RTT Therapy are two entirely different things. People are sometimes concerned that hypnotherapy is going to change them to do things that they might not like, due to their having seen stage or entertainment hypnotists. This is utterly untrue. The shows at theatres or clubs are purely for amusement and are completely separate from Hypnotherapy. Unfortunately, this stage entertainment has blurred some people's understanding of the amazing ways in which hypnotherapy can help people live happier and more fulfilled lives.
